Shusou Retsuzan-ga Travel

Can someone help me with this I am trying to use this to travel as acrofighter but am having some difficulties. Is there a tutorial someone made? Thanks in advanced!

From what I understand about the pa, you have to hold the opposite button of the direction you want to go on the second part of the first combo.

You have to hold back on your stick just as you are finishing the 1st part of the 1st combo and instead of going back to where you started you will travel forward.
You will also need to make sure you are playing on frameskip 0 as far as i know.
