errrr... when you are giving your FO teqs does it have to be in order or can you give them the tech without giving them the teqs in correct order . Ex.you give your FO a lvl 1 teq.Can you give them a lvl 3 teq or does it have to be a level 2 teq?

If you have the MST you can just give it to him. You can skip all the levels you want. You can't use a lower tech disk though, obviously because that would be redundant anyways.
