Help with PA trade?

Hey guys, I've been really confused with these jp texts when trying to do item trades. More specifically, in Dagora im trying to trade 50 PAfrags for "Spinning Strike". But I have no idea what im doing. If someone could show me how to do this, or provide detailed instructions that would be much appreciated.
