It depends:
If the parasite wear has 4 slots, then its a better rare.
If not, then Chainsawd is the better rare

I agree...4 slot armor is hard to come by all together tho'. I finally was given the chance to buy some in the store...at lvl 86! Long time coming...LoL!

The sawd is the better rare. powerful as hell!
healing power as well, and lots of it.

I tried the chainsawd once...while cool, it does not do much damage IMO http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/icon_smile.gif
My fav weapon now is my Brave Knuckle+55 with 40% against Native and Dark. With Shifta, i do about 1500+ damage on a 3 hit combo http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/icon_biggrin.gif
With a certain trick i know....i can hit all the enemies in a room too http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/icon_wink.gif

Parasite Wear is not great armor, but four slots is great if you need the boost. If all your stats are maxed, it's less important, since there are then fewer items you can actually equip in those slots. (And the better ones are hard to come by.)

The Chain Sawd is a great sword, and looks nice, but it's no longer very hard to get because it's been duplicated so much.
