Help with downloading PSU JP

Ok so I have all the setups done and everything and I get this error message

I would be able to get the japenese characters but applocale cant auto detect the language so Im not sure which one is japenese

Can anyone tell me which one is JP?

(sorry for page stretching i dont know how to fix it but pics will be removed once I get the problem solved)
