How to pay for premium on the JP Servers?

I have some money and I want to buy premium for the JP servers but I'm not sure how to pay, I don't have a credit card for i'm only 14, so is there prepaid cards I can use? (US Cards that can also be used for JP)

I cant navigate the menus and everything just fine, and I have a few friends who play on there that they can translate for me, I just need a way. my parents wont let me use theyre cards so I need a diffrent way. if there is one.
