Pavilion of Air: Top, second door

What is the purpose of the door to the right of the main entrance on that location? The left one has 'White Beast' mission, the right one has none and I found no open mission that ends at that door. What is it for?

Perhaps it is just that, a closed door in a lobby.

The door is not closed. It says it leads to Saguraki C.D., but like I said no missions in that door and no missions end at that door.

It's for possible future missions if Sega decides to use it or it may just remain an empty door.

For now, it's just an extra mission counter that could very well be used for something in the future.

I heard that you can do a rare mission there.
I haven't confirmed it yet though.
