playing video games like RPG kind or shooting means you are bored. from what i heard from my psychologist. my psychologist says reading a book or taking a brisk walk out side is more productive then playing video games.

When I'm bored I sleep or try to text or browse the web with my phone when the oppertunity for sleeping doesn't present itself.

I really don't think playing videogames is unproductive as it's just as cognitively engaging if not more so then reading a book, plus it's your way,(well my way) of blowing off steam which I think everyone should make time for.

I either sleep or load up some Netflix on my 360 and watch some Burn Notice. I would normally play some games, but havent touched any games for the past 2 weeks which is really odd considering I would at least play 3 or 4 times a week.
