RULES
UNIVERSAL SINGLES GAME RULES
* A match consists of: 2 out of 3 (except Tekken) rounds per game.
* 2 out of 3 games for a match set in pools and semis.
* Grand finals consist of 3 out of 5 games.
* At the start of a match, a coin toss will determine who gets to choose 1P or 2P side.
* After a game has concluded, winner must stick with same char/team for the next game.
* Loser has option of switching char/team and also taking player side of choice.
* Blind pick is enforced for the 1st game of the set. Player 1 will tell a judge secretly his char/team selection.
Player 2 will then choose his char/team and the judge will enforce player 1 selection.
* Game breaking glitches are banned.
* Programmable controls are banned. Button macros (e.g. 1 button to perform 3 punches at once) are allowed.
* Pausing a game will result in forfeit of that round unless the opponent chooses to waive this option.
* All tournaments are double elimination.
