I don't think there are really many "tips" to give other than "spam Arca on Hard or Super Hard". I will say that I got mine from a Heaven's Mother on Hard, though.

I found a Gale Bringer sometime last spring/summer on Hard Arca. I never use the sword though. Though, Tamlin has extended the offer for his Gale Bringer so it looks like I'll be holding onto mine then.
