That looks painful. Also, I'm no expert, but that seems like a ridiculous amount of torque to make it spin like that.

I don't know how it would be very different from super strength, except that instead of smashing something you twist/bend it apart. Actually, it's probably superior, since anything you can do with super strength you could do by torquing from the right direction and around the right pivot. (In fact, all linear momentum can be treated as rotational momentum anyways, it can be rather useful to do so)
