Hey I do not know what is happening with my subscription but something is up. I was on a few hours ago and went to go play now and it said my subscription was up so I took care of it and now it is saying that my guardians license is still expired even though on xbox it says that the bill will be charged on february 13/2012. I cannot get past the ambition of the illuminus page.

Seems they're aware and taking a look at it. Quite a few people are having the problem.

Just got off the phone with a Microsoft rep about it. Like Powder Keg said, they are taking a look at it and they're not too sure what's going on right now, either. Redownloading the Live profile didn't work. The rep told me to just stay off for 24 hours and then try again, since hopefully by then it'll be fixed.
