Training missions
* "Training missions" are being added to help you cap off your character's level. The mission "Stars Camp" lets you earn lots of EXP while "Prize Hunt" lets you obtain items useful in your adventures. Further details on training missions will be added to the official site at a later date.
* Stars Camp C-A: This is a restricted mission used as a training program for Guardians. Obtain the strength to overcome waves of monsters, all in your spare time!
- This mission can be played only if you are LV1-179.
* Prize Hunt: This mission can be played by using "Prize Tickets." Purify the SEED zoma while evading the monster that attack from the darkness!

Seasonal lobbies
* New Year's lobbies will go up on January 1, 2012, and remain in place through January 12.

Updated missions
* Special Exchange 4th will be updated with new items for trade.

GM event rewards
* Rewards will be distributed to winners of the Guhal Channel 5 "CUTE+" GM event.

Item updates
* New weapons will be added including Gigantes Impact (axe) and Black Rebellion (rifle).
* GC Shop's lottery will be replaced with a new one, adding new clothes and parts. A few of the new sets include Weltram (female clothes) and Sarisa Replica (female clothes).
* The Bamboo decoration will be on sale through January 12, 2012.
* Casino rotation.

I'm guessing the "Prize Hunt" is part of the event?

im guessing that if prize hunt and the exp mission are both together as "training missions" you probably get prize tickets while doing the exp mission so that you can go get some decent weapons for your character while leveling.

Really good for importers and free course people i think :) (now if only it had a pa boost too lol)

Im even gonna try to get a couple of people to come on JP servers because of this :P

Was already looking forward to the training missions since it was announced in the longterm schedule. This will be of great use to me, however I'm not sure why the level restriction is so huge for Stars Camp.

Im pretty sure its because they want everyone to get to lvl 180 but once your lvl 180 they dont want you running the mission for AMP.

at least that's my assumption.

I'm gonna make the assumption that these missions pay out exp like the GC missions or rare missions. I wonder if free course will be restricted from attending.
It would make for a great outlet so Masterforce can have a faster process in leveling to cap so they can start earning AP towards limit breaks.

I get that, but I would think they would cap the mission at 160 or something. Not 179.

The training mission is kinda stupid because you can only place it once a day. And unless the EXP payout is ridiculous it isn't going to help very much. Say its event exp and your level 150 it would still take you weeks just to get 179 anyway.

Only once a day? If that's the case I assume it'll be at least a little higher than event exp, especially since its being released during an event it would make it pointless until the event is gone.

Even if it is once a day, playing the training mission once then going back to your normal business is still gonna get you to cap faster than normally. Where does it say once a day?

Where did you read that? I read, and read, and read and cant find somethign that says "once a day"

The missions are on the 5th floor behind the class change counter, on the counter under the elevators, there should be a blue ball.

The monsters don't even do damage, unless you wear opposite element.

The Gapping Chip is found in Grove of Fanatics S3 most likely since that mission was updated with new drops at the same time when they added the Event.:) :rappy:

It's completely possible that the chip is in the S3 Event version of Adahna Degahna. But then again you could be right and it's GoF only drop. Reason I'm thinking the latter is that they goof up on that mission with switching the drops with it and the event and had to fix it before we had gotten the update, So Gapping Chip could be one of those with the other item(s) in that mission. That too Sega started doing mission only drops, who knows?

Update: what Lv is Adahna Degahna in the event? if it's over 175 then it could have it as a drop, the only other place I can think of is The Eternal Cycle GC mission but I doubt that since they only updated GoF.

Actually, I did way before you even mentioned it at all and there isn't any info on it as of yet. So, chances of it being in the event is small at best. Because if it was there it would of popped up by now. That and Sega most likely did what they did with Aquatic Mama and have Gof the same way. But Give it sometime it took 2-3 days before they added the Event info to the JP Wiki after it launched. Sometimes the Uploader beats the Wiki with info, Need to look at all sources.

It seem that Wiki's Server's have been updated with the drop info, since it wasn't there this after noon. There's reasons for that. But yes it does drop in the event I never said it didn't nor did any one else, it was just not listed when we looked.

Where do you go to do the training mission? Or is it a GC mission?

Edit: Ahh, found it... But wait, training passes are used to play it? So every time you play it, you need a training pass? Or does the mission unlock for that day?

I think selecting the top option gives u a training pass, the second option is to actually do the mission :)
