Go to the options on your web browser > Content > Languages > Add JP.

It has to be in the original language the page was(Assuming you google translated the page).
Anyway, you need to copy examples it gives. Sega（セガ）　Tarou(タロウ） and so forth.

Also, it's best not to speak of private servers on PSO-W. Just a heads up.
