Laggy/Slow psu jp pc

when im playing on it it lags as i do missions or goes into certain areas it starts lagging and running really slow and its starting to make me think how i can fix this any ideas? oh and its not connection,

Chances are your Computer is old and cant handle psu very well.

its an acer aspire 5551-A laptop fairly new, i lowered the resolution to the one before the lowest and its good now

i used to play on a decent laptop Duel Core 2.2Ghz 4 gig of ram and some terriible intergrated ATI GFX card like most laptops have...)= and the game didnt run very well unless on low seetings and frameskip 1-2
