Transfer special?

I was curious, I just installed both games to my laptop, but have never done a char transfer from PSU to AoTI. Is there anything special to be gained or is it just character carry over?

PSU is not like the PSP games. So no you do not get anything special.

Moreso offline play, but I tried firing up PSU and kept getting an error box in japanese characters, so I checked if the same would happen on AoTI. AoTI I can play offline np fortunately. If my income picks up I'll shoot to try online play again, been a few years since I played online.
