PSO2 In-game Login

SO i was running the client and wanted to play around with the game, i know the servers are not up but i thought to myself what if i could make my character and not log in to the game world. But when i go to enter my login info in the client it gives me this.

wondering what it is. guess you cant login regardless since the servers are down.

if this is the case and can not do anything till servers are up. It can be locked and deleted. Thanks fr the info.

From my understanding if it gives you a message like that without an error number ie (61) it just means the servers aren't up.

You cannot do anything until the servers go up. Much like PSU, the character creation and selection processes are dependent on a successful login to the game.
Sega has specifically asked testers to refrain from trying to access the servers until the appointed test times.

That's already a given, if you checked the time for the alpha test.

Pretty much that you can't log in yet. ^^
