That's an email authorization prompt that come up from a "change in play environment." If you've gotten an email with an authorization key in it, type it in to the box and press the top left button. If you don't have a key, try pressing the bottom button.

The only message I get is that I lost connection to the server. I never had a prompt come up like you guys are stating.

This was in the manual I believe. When you click the second button below SEGA ID it will take you to the site to verify your machine or something. It's like how if you sign into your banks online account from another computer. They want to know if you are you.

Mike please correct me if I'm wrong.

I see.
So I should probably do that then.

Poubelle, do you have access to the Alpha? By that I mean your own account that no one has used yet?

Nope. This is not my original account. I paid someone for this spare account. hopefully I can get in contact with him for that e-mail verification before testing begins. I gave him all the money I could~ ^^;

I did some research and found out that if you try to log on the game from a different computer then when you previously logged on with you will be prompted with that screen. The process seems simple.

Any error is password related.

Friend of mine is also getting 640. Any idea what it means?

Oh, so when I receive the [640] message after trying to sign in, it's from an incorrect password? (I'm not entirely sure though.)

This is asking for you to establish an ID name or something. Basically, the name you use here will reflect on all characters you make, or so I understand.

This one's my error after Username and Password entry: [Fixed, If you get that screen, it means you didn't let the client update!]

I think that error is "client out-to-date" The client tries to update when you start game but fails. Anyway it enters the game but doesn't allow the user to log in because of that.
