Problems download JP PSU

So, i decided today that i wanted to start playing PSU again. With a bit of research i found out the 360 server sucks now and was going to give the JP server a go.

Ive gotten past filling out all the credentials and creating a user id but when i click the download here: "http://phantasystaruniverse.jp/download/psuilluminus/" i can run it but when i get to the little blue box to set up the game and whatnot it wont let me click ANYTHING, i cant even exit out...

I also tried to other download site people suggested and im getting an error message.

I would really appreciate some help and i am terribly sorry for my poor description of the problem im having lol, idk how to explain it.

Im trying that one as well and maybe you can clear something up for me, Do i need to let all of the bins download before i can run the setup?

Yeah. Place them in a folder along with the setup.
