When you go into control panel and look at how your buttons are setup, does it look like this?

Hey mustang, when you mess around with the right analog stick, what bars change? Is it the Z-Axis?

The Z-axis is the trigger buttons, if you use Microsoft's drivers.

I've found that the controller works quite well, using the 3rd party driver, XBCD.

I ended using a PS3 controller and MotionJoy (setting it to Xbox360 emulator). Made the game a ton better for me since I had to play keyboard the first day.
