Controls for PSO2

Hi guys so i spawned in and im in the lobby, but letter on my keyboard brings up chat, can anyone help me figure out how to move?

No i mean any letter. Like any letter of the alphabet brings up the chat

you need to go to options (press home, should be then 2nd to last option, then the next menu: 2nd option). A menu will pop up and the bottom left will be a button. Press that and hit the button the right. You'll go back to the previous menu and press the middle button.
