I have been doing Demons Above S3 by myself all weekend, I solo the run and it usually takes me 30-33min at a time, I have done the run about 15-20 times and yet no demon heart drop, the best drop I have got was a neu walna. Im starting to believe it doesnt drop

You do know it is an extremely rare drop at Demons Above, right? It is possible for you to do hundreds of runs and never see one drop.

If you're on the Xbox 360, good luck.
If you're on JP, it's common to drop in Ohtori Encampment.

It's one of the rarest items in Ohtori, only seen 4 drop my entire time (compared to about 20 tsumikiri-hyori, and 3 stacks of ragul pumps).

Why do people always assume JP?

He's on 360 I'm pretty sure. Attempts to find a Demonheart are futile there - you could do 100s of runs and never see one as Midori pointed out, even in the GBR with a 300% boost they were incredibly rare. Your best chance would have been Guardians Chronicle, but that event is over now.

Sega really have a funny idea about what a reasonable drop rate looks like. Making things this rare is not fun, or rewarding when you find one. It's just a gritty slog with some relief at the end, if the end even comes.
