urgent help needed!

I downloaded the client to start on JP PSU but the client doesn't seem to want to let me install it.

it gives me and error message somewhere during the setup. it seems like it's when it asks me where I want to save it.

you need to have all the downloaded files in one folder then run the setup

There should be a little box you should make sure that's checked before that.
