Alright, so Im on my way to finding all the body parts. Is there a quest i could to find more bringers/sorceres

"Doc's Secret Plan" has a lot of Sorcerers.

not sure about where to find a lot of Bringers.

If you're playing GC offline, then your only option is the quest Retired hunter. It gives you only 3 Dark Bringers, but you start directly at Ruins 3, which greatly shortens the time you'd spend getting there otherwise.
