How to cancel an account

Hey everyone, does anyone know how to cancel a PSU JP account? I've searched for a couple hours and all I can pull up are some broken links to an older method of cancellation, but it seems they've changed it for one reason or another.

Call Customer Service form the Credit Card that you use.
And Cancel the Card.

Save you that Couple of Hours.

When I used this Sega stated this function could not be done until April. Is canceling an account only allowed during a certain window of time? I assume if I canceled successfully, I would log back in and find i am back on free.

When did you subscribe? Afaik, there's a minimum of 2 months before you can cancel. So if you did it in March, you can't stop it until April comes along and it will still charge you for all of April.

Why it always need to be so complicated with PSO/PSU to pay. I know games who offer tons of the easyest payment solutions possible. We will have to bring it up sometime. PSU unfortunately got the record of having the "worst payment solution in any game".
