No official announcements yet, but according to the alpha 2 client digging topic here, there's been files found under a section called "localization" apparently with various regions, including English-speaking ones and a couple EU ones at least as I recall. I could be wrong, but it seems it's more a matter of when and if the servers will be separated or not.

It isn't entirely unexpected though- the official client in Japan's region hasn't entered beta yet, even.:)

Well if that's the case, lets hope that means that all servers are connected to each other and will have JP/Rest of the world updates at the same time.
