For some odd reason lately I'm getting lower results on my damage. I narrowed it down to mostly the weapon itself not adding in the element % damage for the extra damage the weapon does.
Now I do have Elemental Arms on (trying it out) at LV2 and should be adding more % damage in but it doesn't add anything for the weapon or sometimes the base damage of the Character which is odd .... IS Elemental Arms Bugged?
Update: I changed back to RB but with out using it's power and doing a normal attack (same when I had EA on too) and the weapon's % is added in correctly but with EA it's not and the plus the extra off your base too. IT should be preforming better then it is by hundreds to thousands of damage points.:-?
