PSU:AOTI jp Can't Join/Invite Anyones party

Heres my problem im on psu jp and i wanted to invite my friend to a party i do and i wont let him so i went to a mission and asked him join he says there's a "X" over my party that usually says how many members are in the party.

[B]P.S. Me and my friend don't have each other blocked from invitations and such

P.SS: i am a free member not premium, if being a free member is the case can someone explain the restrictions/differences of being a free member and premium.

i dont know what to do please help asap :cry:
