That is the name of the material, "Strange Material" lol, last I looked they were 50 milish each, they could also go up in value if they are used from more Customize trades. I believe the romanized kata for it is "sutorenjimateriaru" or ストレンジマテリアル just type it into the shop search for a better and more current Price Check.

oops sry i meant to check back here lol. yea i realized i was spelling it wrong the very next day. i decided to keep it for the wand/tech mag whenever they come out. the rutsularod have no grinds and i only have one now
