Any information about it? I smell this will be like FF XI. Where by sub class means you pick up a class that you already leveled up but hey, it's half level than your main class and may have the skill choice you picked up that rate or what restricted to that level. If that so I have total no problem in putting Force as my sub. Giving out that Even when I main force I'll be looking forward in boosting the skill points in support skills (like increase max PP). This also means that like FFXI you can switch subclass anytime not just your mainclass. So think Force sub is a bad idea? You can switch to Ranger sub anytime. And later introduce more classes oriented to other stuff, like Specific Weapons Hunters and Ranger classes, Force classes that specialize in support and Talis use or Grants/Megid specialists too.

Hope I can hear official word of how the official subclass system gonna work and the main question of all, if we can restat our skills with just meseta, the alt trees can be get with ARCS cash, so I think how critical is this adding that you can only have 1 character. There should be a stat reallocating option for meseta, no matter if the meseta may cost me an arm or a leg, or have a price relative to your Type LV, that way it is possible to think on messing up rather than thinking that a little misclick or mistake can result in serious consequences.

I would love this! After playing the Beta for Tera, it made me think of how this game is going to be, and I don't think one class per character is going to cut the deal. I like being immersed with my characters and not having to switch to my character that can heal, then switch to my character that can use a rocket launcher. I'd like my character to be able to do all of these things, and grow with it, no matter how long it takes. ^_^

(BTW I played FFXI too, so I understand what you are saying, they did have a class change system in Phantasy Star Portable, so Im at least hoping for Class Change.)

Oh okay, I don't think that will be in beta though, maybe in release. I never heard anything about class change before though, but if you are sure then that is great! Already a better game than Tera. <3

Well It was stated you can switch classes, I think they will follow up the FFXI method that you can also change your subclass and won't be fixed to your main, that's what I mean. Of course there will be more classes, I think they will sort to new ideas like I said in another thread, Classes that have multiple weapon choice or are specialist a few or TECHNIQUE tree rather than the 3 basic elements or a supporter. But since the versatility of this, the limited SPs and the fact that free players can only create one character. I think it's best due to how much all together brings complexity there's a method to reset this trees and reallocate points without the need of ARCS cash. And use ARCS cash for alt trees for those who like both builds but dislike the idea of resetting a lot (can be tedious at LV100).
