Sorry if I'm a bit out of the loop here but has anyone mentioned this?
I haven't seen anything about PSO2 in english on the front page of this site.

The description says it's a patch but it also seems very likely that these english files are already in the game and this guy just enabled them.

Don't believe we can actually disclose where to get it...but if you do a quick search, I believe someone mentioned what site it comes from...or someone may be willing to PM it to you.
