English patch for closed beta?

Some people in the IRC were mentioning an unfinished, but still working English patch for the closed beta. Does anyone know where that's available?

And if there isn't and I just misunderstood them, is there a chance of an English patch for it?

It would be really helpful to understand what the menus and things are..

the beta's only been live for about 2 hours now.... I doubt there's a patch already. Probably talking about the Character Creator patch.

How is this topic not more of a priority? At the moment the game is unplayable for me because I can't read anything. Any idea how you put this in?
