That's all I get. I highlighted the yellow box thing because I don't think it's supposed to look like that.

If I unplug my ethernet then I can get in but it crashes when I try to input my Sega ID.

I think it could be corrupted. Have you tried downloading again? I might try doing it through the night.

The window over the yellow box is the patch dowlnoader, it looked like that for me too. The bars aren't moving at all? It took aobut 10-15 minutes to download the patch for me

Oh right now it suddenly works but my username password doesn't. Comes up with a big box and the only thing I recognise is [640]

If you have an anti virus or firewall make sure it's disabled. This goes for the Windows Firewall as well. If it doesn't work try re installing it and loading again.

I fixed it buddy. Turn off all firewalls and AV programs. Then let it do the stupid install thing for like 20 minutes (keep reloading it if it crashes). Eventually I got in but I have no idea what I'm doing :D

It says: close any application that might be preventing the update from happening and try to update agin or check you computer settings.

It doesn't work though!

I got in guys. Disabled all my firewalls etc. Works now and when I load it up again I can keep my firewall on... yeah. Idk. Stopped lagging so much too :]

A safer alternative to turning off your AV and firewall would be to simply add the .exe files in the beta's program file to your AV's exception list and to add the program to you firewalls do not block list.

Now its working:

On my girlfriend's computer it was windows defender service which was causing the problem.
On my computer it was the web protection of Gdata (I can play the with the firewall activated)

That is interesting cause when i push cancel and it shows this messege i can wait forever and nothing happen. I have only been able to close the launcher with ctrl+alt+delete from this point.
