Bump for relevance. Can anyone point out where the V-sync setting is? The constant screen tearing is giving me a headache.

Force it in the Nvidia Control Panel.

Works for me :)

There's no option for vsync, but I didn't notice any screen tearing when playing in window mode or virtual full screen, when playing in full screen I noticed some screen tearing though.

Considering Tearing ONLY occurs in Full Screen...I'd say that's a normal experience.
