Error Message when try to run the beta

Hey i was wondering if anyone has any idead how to fix this?

I managed to open the beta fine the first time and downloaded the update but when i tried to go back into it i keep getting the following error message:

c:\program files (x86)\SEGA\PHANTASYSTARONLINE2\pso2_bin\launcher.e xe is not a valid Win32 application

Any ideas?

Reinstalling it appears to be the only way to fix it if I recall correctly.

Press ctrl+alt+del and see is another instance of psolauncher.exe is running. If so, close and try again.

Thanks for the replies wasn't a 2nd instance running so will try re-installing
