authentication failed

I just got a key for my SEGA ID and went to the site to login and download the game and everytime i try to log in it says failed to authenticate SEGA ID. I am obviously putting in the right password and definitely got the email saying the beta was available for my account. This by the way is on the pso2.jp/cbt site, anyone know what to do?
