My friend sent me a beta invite, got it all downloaded and updated along with the English patch, but I have no idea on how to go about creating a Sega ID to log on and I have no idea how to read anything on the Japanese site.

Can anyone help me please?

This is the registration page:
https://iway.isao.net/sega/mail_in.cgi?siteno=P0

You should easily be able to get through the registration process with Google Translate.

The username ends up becoming lowercase and IS case sensitive, keep that in mind before you go nuts like me and end up making a new Sega ID.

if you're on firefox: Options->content->languages, put japanese AT THE TOP.
hit ok, reload register page, BOOM it should work.

The link didn't work for me either even after enabling the browser for Japanese. What I did was copied and pasted the link to the url bar and that worked for me.

I probably seem like a lazy person but trust me I've spent an hour here. I have a screenshot of the verification and what I thought was correct. I can't see what character(s) I got wrong... :-?

Too late now since it should've refreshed already.
Might wanna read stickies first. (http://www.pso-world.com/forums/showthread.php?t=203925)
Also, don't necro old threads...

Heh, it's ok, but I warn you things can get really heated up here so try to tolerate the rage.

It's most likely due to hotmail being mainly a western email, in contrast to yahoo and gmail used in Japan.

Just conjecture on my part, but I do see yahoo being used mainly by eastern countries.
