[Raikoification]

First question is... i got a bunch of discs and i just used them all (is that bad?) and unfortunetly the one weapon i like to use (wired lance) i am un-able to equip? anybody know why that is?

Look at the bottom most line in the description box

That's a level 1 disk

You have level 2

For reference, the line just above that shows the required stat, with the number in parentheses telling you how much you have and the number outside being the required amount.
