Weapons with question mark?

I've been looking all over the find a tekker or something to find out what these weapons are with question marks. Any help would be appreciated.

Special Weapons. Take them to the tekker (2nd floor, market district) to identify them. They'll either be unique weapons or versions of normal weapons with abilities.

Tekkers on the 2nd floor after taking the elevator. The girl on the left is the one you would want to speak to. The guy on the right upgrades your weps.

the tekker npc is located beside the upgrading npc ...if u know where to find the place to upgrade then you should know where tekker is too
