I think you can if you pay with AC. No idea on how it works though.

Meh I was only level 3, took like 5 minutes to recreate my character. Thank god you can skip the prologue lol :P

Oh and before I forget to ask, do we have a guild set up?

For now it's not possible to transfer characters between ships, but Sakai says that he might consider adding that option after launch (I bet it'll need AC).
