I got gifoie lvl 29 (and 28), and a grants disk, although I don't remember what level (24-ish?). I also got a gibarta 29, although I don't see it on your wants list. Right now I'm looking at your spread needle or a god/arm or power.


I'm also pretty good at finding random high level disks if you were willing to wait a bit. I have no idea what I would come up with, although in the past I got some really good results, including stuff like grants 28 and megid 27. Just let me know.
