My PSO2 beta crashes HELP plzzz =[

basiclly when i start the game up it does the gamegaurd thing then opens the actuall game and just sais pso2.exe has stopped working, do i need a japanese laguage comaptability pack or something.

ps ive tried compatability modes, updating my drivers and putting the graphics to lowest i know my pc can run it as i have used the benchmark

I have the same problem myself. But with the settings, I can't play in full screen because every time I try to open the settings I get "PSO2.EXE HAS STOPPED WORKING." and it closes. -.-
