Translated game options or help?

Anyone have the game options from the launch menu thingies translated? I'm trying to play on lowest settings because the loading screens seem to take a long time.

And I start to lag in battle when a lot of enemies spawn.

Open the launcher, click the 2nd option, move the slider to the left, click the bottom left option to save your settings and then the bottom right option to return to the launcher.
