Question on Devil, God Battle and Extended Wallet

Are Devil and God Battle cumulative? How exactly are they different? The Devil/Battle is better, no?

What the heck does an Extended Wallet do?
Does it allow you carry more stuff? How much more?

I tried two god/battles, and as far as I can tell, no, not really. The difference between one and two (if there even is one) is so small as to not be worth using a slot on a second one. There's quite a difference between having one and not, but having two won't help that much more over the first.

The god/battle is the stronger of the two.
