I hope that, if PSO2 doesn't come to the US/EU, that Sega enacts some sort of Sakoku-like PVP policies where Japanese players are allowed/encouraged to PK at will any foreigners detected on their servers. US/EU players are only allowed to play on a little "Dejima" server appended to the last server on the list and doesn't get all the cool stuff the normal servers do, and it only holds like 50 people, so if it's full and you want to play - you have to join like some kind of Phantasy Star Underground Railroad with sympathetic JP players and constantly dodge execution squads.

Bring it back old-school Edo Period server policies, bytches.

Yeah, but see, you only get shit on in terms of content if you stay in Dejima. If you escape to the regular game servers, you get all the same content as everyone else... you just have to be careful not to get caught/betrayed by anyone or you'll get killed and knocked off the server and be forced to reconnect.
