I currently have a bunch of photon drops but I do not know where to use them.

Is there some type of special item exchange?

And if so, where exactly is is located and how do I get there?

if i remember right, photon drops can be exchanged at the guardians outlets on the various planets, and the 5th floor maybe+^_^+
