Multiple characters in Open Beta?

I'm wondering: since there won't be AC in open beta, and extra characters cost AC, will we be able to make multiple characters when open beta is underway, or will we be stuck with only one character per account?

You can only have one character in the pre-open beta. You'll have to delete it if you want to make a new one on a different ship.

since OBT moves strait into Launch, my guess is one character per account until AC server is up and running+^_^+
