Error Time #1

My first error popped up.

I get through the opening and when it gets to the character creation part I get a termination error that closes the game.

Any thoughts on what the problem could be? I'm not so computer savvy. OTL

I'm getting the same problem. I think it's having trouble loading the preview models for the characters.

I've had the same problem twice now. Does anyone know a solution?

From my digging I conjecture that the problem is for Windows Vista users, like myself. I've tired a couple different remedies but so far nothing is working.

Still no luck - I've disabled everything, I've tried cleaning up broken files, I've turned off my Firewall and deleted my AVG... OTL;;

I've given up - I've just deleted PSO2 and going to try re-installing it...

Every time I try to turn on PSO2, it instead opens IE with GameGuard showing some errors. Help!

I haven't tried this because my PC isn't good enough so this is going to be a long shot but give it a go. Try running the program as an administrator via right clicking it. I had problems with PSO blue burst of this nature and for some unknown reason it actually fixed it.
