Yeah me too. I'm on block 18 trying to find how to change blocks tho.

I hate that you guys are able to get on, when im getting DNS error, but maybe this will help.

Assuming the layout is the same, if you go the right from the big door that's the entrance to missions, there is a round "elevator" in front of the stairs that go up. That'll take you to different blocks.

Same here, jealous that you guys are on, I can't even get to character create...
