Any way to change the keyboard controls?

I'd like to know if there's a way to change the hotkeys and if so, what is this way?

There is! but to tell you the truth I don't know how... My hubby fiddled with it before he went to work.

System (6th option from menu) > 3rd option > expand the 2nd row and last tab.
